Returns Policy

Martin's Greenhouse primarily sells living plants that have received the best of care that staff are able to provide. The nature of these goods indicate that all sales are final.

Exception 1: Home Décor/"Hardgoods"
Items listed on your receipt under "Department 6" can be returned within 14 days for a full refund IF:
The receipt is presented
The product is returned in good order
The product was purchased for full price*

Exception 2: Trees
Items listed on your receipt under "Department 8" can be returned within one year for a store credit of 50% of the product's original purchase price IF:
The receipt is presented
The Label affixed to the product when purchased is presented
The product is returned and proven to be dead
The product was purchased for full price*

*Any item purchased at a discount price or other promotion or

sale is not eligible for any return or refund of any kind.
